A group of SCAdians ran the drumming at DragonCon and it was Great fun. Sad to say, the SCAdians were the most experienced. All in all, the Drumming session was fun for all and we taught as many people as we could. Next year will be fun

Tue, September 2, 2008 - 3:45 PMNah, I don't think that's sad...it's a good thing to share the fun of drumming wherever you are. For instance, I was teaching three beginners on my back deck last night. Wonder what the neighbors were thinking? LOL -

Tue, September 30, 2008 - 4:58 AMI am trying to combine other SCA practices and activities with drumming classes. When I have the time, in Caer Mear, I am teaching drumming classes at archery practice. We have archery practice at a park that has a range. People in the park come by and watch. It is good exposure for the group. A lot of people just watch from a distance and are afraid to approach us, this may change one day. -

Drumming and archery goes hand in hand. I love that. Please keep that up.
